He has been successfully giving his contribution to run the firm and the litigation department of the firm for over a decade. He has been affiliated with the Delhi High Court Bar Association and a Member of the Delhi District Courts Bar Association, since last 10 years.

Mr. Thakur has a wide range of experience and expertise at every level of litigation from the level of trial, appeal, revision, Writ as well as SLP and contempt Petition since last 10 years. He has also conducted and participated in many mediations, Pre-litigation mediations, Lok Adalats and conciliations between the litigants to bring peaceful and mutual justice to both the parties at hundreds of occasions.

His 10 years of expertise has made him a profound lawyer and he has advocated for many corporate and individual clients in high stake cases before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts across the country including Delhi High Court. He frequently visits the High Court of Jharkhand at Ranchi, High Court of Uttarakhand at Nainital, Debt Recovery Tribunal at Delhi, National Consumer Forum at Delhi, State Consumer Forum at Delhi, District Courts, and District Consumer Forum.
