Siddharth also advises and represents clients in matters involving investigative and regulatory agencies, including the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), the Enforcement Directorate (ED), Customs authorities, GST authorities, and other government departments, particularly where proceedings involve allegations of financial irregularities, regulatory violations, or economic offences.
Before entering legal practice, Siddharth worked across the corporate, public policy, and governance sectors, where he advised organisations on strategy, stakeholder engagement, institutional coordination, and regulatory issues. This experience has provided him with a practical understanding of how businesses, government institutions, and regulatory authorities function, enabling him to approach disputes from both legal and commercial perspectives.
