She independently drafts and argues bail, quashing, writ, and transfer petitions, while briefing Senior Advocates on Special Leave Petitions and Civil Appeals before the Supreme Court. Her practice spans criminal, constitutional, service, matrimonial, and education law, alongside regulatory work before the NCLT, CAT, and NGT.
Advocate Renu’s practice is built on relentless hard work and an unwavering commitment to the client’s cause. She believes that the right to life and personal liberty guaranteed under Article 21 of the Constitution is not merely a legal provision, but the very foundation of every matter she takes up.
Renu’s cooperative, hardworking demeanor and broad litigation experience make her an exemplary member of the team, and her contributions continue to shape the success of the firm.
