Mr Rustam has completed his graduation in the year 2016 from Allahabad University, Allahabad and LLB from Law Centre 1 (2016-2019) Batch.

Enrolled with Bar Counsel of Delhi in the year 2020.

Before entering into full fledged legal practice, Mr Kuraishi has filed several PILs before Allahabad High Court in the year 2019 and Delhi High Court in the year 2020.

Made several complaints of Human Rights Violation before NHRC, Police Complaint Authority, Delhi and got compensation awards in favour of several victims across Delhi and Uttar Pradesh.
Mr. Kuraishi is an activist Advocate by heart and mind.

Mr Kuraishi has expertise in Criminal, Matrimonial, Constitutional, Services, NI Act Cases, Human Rights matters.
